Chia Pudding using Homemade Almond Milk

Earlier this week I made Almond Milk from scratch. We then turned Almond Milk into Chia Pudding!

If you’re after a healthy breakfast this recipe nails it! This Chia recipe provides high fiber, protein and energy which will help you kick start the day.
 
Ingredients:
 
  • 1/2 Cup of Chia Seed
  • 2 Cups of Almond Milk
  • 3 Tbsp of Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp of Cacao Nibs
  • 2 Strawberries
Equipment:
 
  • Mad Millie 1 L Jar
  • Measuring Cups
  • Mixing Ball or Fork
  • Serving Cup/Glass
 
 
Step 1: Pour the chia seeds and almond milk into Mad Millie jar.
Step 2:  Add mixing ball and shake.
Step 3: Leave jar in fridge overnight
Step 4: Add 4 large spoons of chia mixture into a cup or bowl. Then add toppings; I used 3 Tbsp of Greek Yoghurt (why not use your homemade Mad Millie Greek Yoghurt?), 1 Tbsp of Cacao Nibs and 2 strawberries cut in halves. 
Step 5: Enjoy!
