Choc-Coyo Thick Shake

A delicious sip of chocolate goodness, this shake will leave you wanting more. 

Ingredients: coyo
1/2 Cup of Homemade Mad Millie Chocolate Coconut Yoghurt
1 Cup of Coconut Water 
1 Frozen Banana 
1/4 Avocado 
1 Tbsp of Cacao Powder 
1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter 

Combine in blender until thick and smooth. 

A quick tip:

You will need a way to keep your yoghurt at 40 degrees for
15-20 hours. This can be done by a water bath or our 
Mad Millie Cheesemaker

There are two ways you can create a water bath, using a sink or a chilly bin/esky. 
The sink water bath is done by placing your jar into a sink and surrounding it with warm water (slightly higher than 40 degrees). You will need to check the yoghurt temperature every few hours to top up the sink and chilly bin with warm water to help maintain the yoghurt temperature.  

The Mad Millie Cheesemaker is an incubator, fill the space between the jar and incubator with water which is the same temperature. Every few hours check water temperature. 
Add more warm water if necessary during the day to maintain the temperature. This will provide you with an insulating blanket to keep the yoghurt at the desired temperature.
