If you’re after a healthy breakfast this recipe nails it! This Chia recipe provides high fiber, protein and energy which will help you kick start the day.
Step 1: Pour the chia seeds and almond milk into Mad Millie jar.
Step 2: Add mixing ball and shake.
Step 3: Leave jar in fridge overnight
Step 4: Add 4 large spoons of chia mixture into a cup or bowl. Then add toppings; I used 3 Tbsp of Greek Yoghurt (why not use your homemade Mad Millie Greek Yoghurt?), 1 Tbsp of Cacao Nibs and 2 strawberries cut in halves.
Step 5: Enjoy!
