250ml of Homemade Mad Millie Kefir - Coconut water
1 Cup of Kale
1 Cup of Spinach
1 Sliced Apple
1 Tsp of Ginger
1 Tbsp of Honey
Combine in a blender and enjoy.
A quick tip:
Temperature : Room temperature is great for kefir. When the seasons change, your kefir will most likely need a little adjustment time. Warmer temperatures will speed up fermentation, lower temperatures will slow it. The longer they ferment the more acidic your kefir will be and the lower it will be in lactose. We don’t recommend fermenting for longer than 48 hours.
If kefir is new to your diet, we recommend to start slowly. Start with 1 cup a day, then you can gradually increase this once your body gets used to it.
