Cheese-making is not only a fun and rewarding past time, its a great activity to share with your friends and family. Over the long weekend I taught my mum and dad to make Mad Millie Feta. They both had a great time learning and performing the different stages of the feta making process and loved the end result. We had feta and crackers for lunch and used the remaining feta for pumpkin, feta and sundried tomato pizzas. So those of you that have made Mad Millie cheese before, get your friends and family involved. Let them enjoy Mad Millie cheese too!
