Are you having problems with Slimy Mozzarella? In order to stop this, store your Mad Millie mozzarella in 500ml of whey with ¼ teaspoon of citric acid. Do not added more than a ¼ teaspoon of citric acid as you may find your mozzarella will taste metallic.
Other storing options:
- Place your mozzarella in a airtight container and refrigerate.
- Freeze mozzarella (great if you want to grate your mozzarella on to pizzas).
