Learn how to make a variety of fresh cheeses such as feta, halloumi, mozzarella, ricotta and mascarpone. This hands-on class makes cheese-making easy and accessible to anyone and will give you the knowledge and recipes to make your own cheese easily in your own kitchen. Please bring a notebook and pen, an apron and two large cooking pots (minimum 4 litre capacity), colander or sieve and plastic tupperware containers to take home your cheeses. (1 x 3 litre and 2 x 1 litre sizes.) All food costs are included in the fee and a light lunch is provided.
