Cream cheese, salmon and cucumber bites
The easiest recipe but also one that looks so pretty it's almost hard to devour these, almost. Substituting the usual cracker with cucumber makes these little bites so versatile for all those intolerant stomachs out there plus a slightly healthier version if you're like me and insist on eating the whole plate.

Ingredients
- 1 Telegraph cucumber, cut into 1 cm slices
- 200 g (7 oz) Mad Millie Cream Cheese
- 200 g (7 oz) Smoked salmon
- Large handful Fresh dill, roughly chopped
Method
- Make little bites by smearing each round of cucumber slice with a dollop of cream cheese, a piece of salmon and pierce with a toothpick to hold it all together.
- Arrange on a serving plate and sprinkle with fresh dill.
