Mad Millie are fully committed to your satisfaction and will replace any faulty products. You can return any products to receive a full refund of the purchased price, or exchange the purchased products for products of the same dollar value within 30 days of delivery, Mad Millie will not process refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind. Delivery charges are non-refundable. 

If you purchased a Mad Millie product from a retail partner of ours, you will need to contact them in regards to the refund or exchange, however, our customer service team are more than happy to provide technical advice for the product or provide any other additional support before you contact our retail partner. 

To return a faulty product you have purchased from our website you will need to contact us in writing with the following information to info@madmillie.com

  • Let us know when you purchase the product and what your order number was
  • Provide us as much detail as of possible about the issue along with photos and videos to help explain the issues
  • Batch numbers for the faulty product, and
  • A contact phone number

Our customer service team will then follow up with an email or a phone call to arrange your refund or exchange.
