Bevie Craft ltd are fully committed to your satisfaction and will replace any faulty products. You can return any products to receive a full refund of the purchased price, or exchange the purchased products for products of the same dollar value within 14 days of delivery, provided that the products are returned to Bevie Auckland Head Office (for New Zealand purchases) or Bevie Brisbane Office (for Australian purchases) in their original condition with packaging and invoice. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Bevie Craft ltd will not process refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind. All refund requests need to be made in writing via our contact form within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to our contact us page for a list of numbers you can call for advice on how to best return any faulty product.
