All Mad Millie starter cultures are direct set cultures. This means you can add them straight to your other ingredients and they’ll start working their magic. Only a small amount is required as they are of a very high concentration and quality. Once put into milk, juice, flour or vegetables the cultures will divide and reproduce very quickly, a little goes a long way!
