This kit is designed to be used in any kitchen. No specialised equipment or experience required, just add bought fresh unprocessed soy milk (not UHT soy milk) or make it yourself from soybeans!
Time: 1 hour to make tofu. Makes: Firm tofu and soft/silken tofu (including instructions on how to make soy milk from raw soybeans). Quantity: 10 batches, Approx 2 kg (4.4 lb) in total of firm tofu before additional consumables will need to be purchased.
